Your Responsibilities
Goal 1
Take our media buying to the next level.
You'll be working in a dynamic team all working together to offer the best customer experience and products. You'll be responsible for our brands paid advertising. You must eat and breathe marketing campaigns and strive for the best results and optimization.
Business and Ads Manager is your best friend.
Goal 2
Multichannel Advertising
You'll run Facebook, TikTok and Google Ads.
MUST be capable of handling thousands of $ in daily ad spend.
Goal 3
Learn, adapt, improve.
It's really important to monitor all the new trends and strategies according to market's change and behavior. We will test a lot of new things in order to be prepared for new trends.
When necessary we will provide Free Training for you sourced from the best marketers.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have decent english speaking and writing.
Good knowledge of Facebook Ads.
MUST be capable of handling thousands of $ in daily ad spend.
BIG PLUS
Good knowledge of Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
Daily Responsibilities
1. Working alongside our Creative and Management team to be aligned with strategies and new content.
2. Daily ads management.
3. Take care of our Business Manager and other paid advertising accounts.
4. Provide daily and weekly reports about the results and ad performance to Management team.
4. Attend daily team calls with Management team.
NOTE: Understand that you may perform other duties as assigned.
Compensation Scenario
See how much your base salary would be based on previous experience and performance.
Possibility of working for our Ecom3 agency clients.
Total compensation scenario:
from $1600/mo to $3000/mo
between $20.000 - $36.000 base yearly salary
+ bonuses and shares on performance
(potential 6 fig. salary)
Possibility of paid trips between Italy, Croatia, Dubai.
