Your Responsibilities
Goal 1
Take our Content Creation to the next level.
You'll be working in a dynamic team all working together to source the best content possible (videos and images). You'll be responsible for our brands content creation and content sourcing. According to our brands image you'll be creating scripts for videos/images and thinking of the best marketing angles we should use and test for our products.
You'll be in charge of developing our Influencer and Content Creator Portfolio, sourcing new ones and constantly monitoring social media platforms as Instagram and TikTok looking for new trends.
Goal 2
Edit and Publish content
You'll be in charge of editing all sourced and created content and adapt it for each platform, such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest. You'll be using softwares and tools for photo editing and video editing such us Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Lightroom etc..
Goal 3
Manage Freelancer/Agency deals and communications
You'll be responsible to contact many content creators and agencies for content sourcing.
All communication will be handled by you as well as closing the deals and making sure the collaboration contracts are signed between the parites.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have very good english speaking and writing.
Good knowledge of Excel.
BE CREATIVE.
BIG PLUS
Good french, german or spanish speaking and writing.
Daily Responsibilities
1. Working alongside all our team to be aligned with our marketing needs and goals.
2. Daily check of emails and messages from potential Influencer/Content Creators.
3. Take care of our Influencer Portfolio and all relative communications.
4. Attend daily team calls with our team.
NOTE: Understand that you may perform other duties as assigned.
Compensation Scenario
See how much your base salary would be based on previous experience and performance.
Total compensation scenario:
from $1500/mo + bonuses
Possibility of paid trips between Italy, Croatia, Dubai.
